Submarine sandwiches on St Patricks Day 2013

I made these submarine sandwiches on St Patricks Day 2013

For the starving wet little green people I was surrounded by

Filled with sausages onions & cheese

The recipe is below:

Take two fresh baguettes

German Polish Italian sausages very yummy

Salami I prefer Polish

Cheese at least 3 different varieties

Onions pan fried or fresh cut

Lettuce breaks into portions by hand

Tomatoes sliced

Butter

Slice baguettes in half and then halve them again lengthwise

Slice sausage meat into 2 or 3 cm bites

Slice salami thin

Slice onions or deep fry and set aside

Break lettuce into small portions optional

Cheese chop or grate or cuts

Slice tomatoes optional

Stack layers of

cheese ,salami,tomatoes,lettuce,& sausage

with cheese on top (melt optional)

Wrap in gladwrap for lunches or just hoe in
